-By placing a custom order, you agree to our design interpretation based on your selected preferences.

-All personal information (name, contact number, address) is collected solely for order processing and customer service purposes.

Return & Refund
Due to the nature of our handmade products:
-All sales are final. Returns, exchanges, or refunds are not accepted for change of mind.
-Each item is carefully inspected before shipping.
-If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with clear photos.
-Approved cases may be eligible for replacement or refund (subject to review)

Delivery & Shipping
-All items are preorder basis unless stated otherwise
-Processing time: 5–10 working days (may vary depending on order volume).
-Delivery time (Malaysia): 2–5 working days after dispatch (Singapore): 7-14 working days after dispatch.
-Tracking details will be provided once your order has been shipped.
-We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or incorrect shipping details provided by customers.
-We kindly advise customers to ensure all billing and shipping details are accurate at checkout, as orders cannot be rerouted once they have been processed.
